Personal Information we collect
Information You Provide to Us. We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily:
The following are examples of the types of information we may collect:
• Address (billing and shipping)
• Zip code
• e-mail address
• Telephone number(s)
• Cell number(s)
• Birth date
• When you order products on our Site, we will collect information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, items purchased, date and time of your transaction, billing information and shipping information
• When you contact us by sending us an e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address and any other information that is contained in (and/or attached to) your e-mail in order to send you a reply
• If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest, giveaway or rewards program on our Site, we may ask you for your e-mail address and/or home number (to notify you if you win or not). We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes post office addresses to verify your identity. In some situations, we may need additional information as a part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice. These sweepstakes, contests and rewards programs are voluntary. Personal Information collected via technology. Greenspeed also stores a small text file called a “cookie” on your computer to store your login information (if any) and your personal preferences for the Services. Greenspeed may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). While you will still be able to use the Services if you disable cookies in your browser, certain parts of the Services may not function as effectively.
Use of Information we collect
In general, information (including Personal Information) you submit to us, or to third parties that support us in collecting information, is used by us to provide you and others with the Services, to respond to requests that you make, to improve our Services and to better tailor the features, performance and support of the Site and Services.

Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information. You may change any of your Personal Information in your Account by sending an e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud or similar purposes.
A note About Children
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act imposes requirements on websites that collect Personal Information about children under 13 (for example - name, address, e-mail address, social security number, etc.). Our policy is not to collect any Personal Information on any person under 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal information to Greenspeed and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete such information as soon as possible. Security and Confidentiality
Greenspeed is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of industry standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore while Greenspeed uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information, Greenspeed cannot guarantee its security.
