Greenspeed LLC (“Greenspeed”) provides a limited warranty, described below, to the original purchaser of Greenspeed products (collectively, the “Products”)

Limited Warranty:  

(1) All Greenspeed cloths and fibers will be free of defects in workmanship for a period of 360 days, and (2) all Greenspeed hardware will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year, from purchaser's original date of purchase (each, the respective "Warranty Period" for the covered Products). Your sole and exclusive remedy (provided that you follow the RMA procedure set forth below, and Greenspeed’s sole and exclusive liability, under this warranty will be, at Greenspeed’s option, to repair or replace the defective Product so that it conforms with the above warranty, or, if the Product is no longer available, Greenspeed will issue a refund of the purchase price for the Product.  Any replacement Products may be new or refurbished.  Any repair or replacement does not extend the applicable original Warranty Period for the defective Product.  This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and it is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.  

Returns - 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are so confident you will love you Greenspeed products that if you are not satisfied with your Greenspeed purchase or if any product does not perform as claimed,  just return your Greenpeed product and Greenspeed will provide a full refund for a period of up to 30 days from purchase. For all refund queries please email info@greenspeed.biz or call (800)790.7520 and our friendly Customer Care team will assist you with any questions and provide you with a return form which contains the return address.  The return form must be completed and returned with the goods and proof of purchase/tax invoice. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Greenspeed is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Proof of Purchase:  

When you receive Products from Greenspeed, a packing slip that lists the Products that you purchased will be included in the box.  Please keep this packing slip as proof of purchase.  A copy will be required in order to receive the warranty service set forth below, and it is your sole responsibility to maintain proof that your Product is still under warranty.  Greenspeed reserves the right to decline warranty service if you are unable to establish that your defective Product is eligible for warranty service.

Exclusions and Limitations:  

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage resulting from purchaser's abuse or misuse of the product, or from purchaser's negligence, (b) normal wear and tear, or (c) damage caused by handling, operating, storing or using the product, outside the permitted or intended uses, or not in accordance with the care instructions card included with the Product.

Instructions to Obtain Warranty Service:  

If your Product does not conform to the above warranty, you may return it to Greenspeed, provided you first notify Greenspeed of the alleged defect during the applicable Warranty Period and request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. You may provide this notice by email sent to greenspeed@comcast.net, or by calling the following toll-free number  (800)790.7520. Within five (5) days after receipt of the RMA number, you must ship the following to Greenspeed: the Product, the RMA number, the proof of purchase, and a brief statement explaining the alleged defect.   If you include the invoice for postage costs for your return of the Product, Greenspeed will refund the postage costs, up to the standard value of $9.95, to you if Greenspeed determines that the returned Product is defective.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREENSPEED DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability:  

IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENSPEED BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF GREENSPEED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  GREENSPEED’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, REGARDLESS OF FORM OF ACTION, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREENSPEED FOR THE PRODUCT UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED.

SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law and Your Rights:  

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights which vary from state to state, and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
