Greenspeed LLC (“Greenspeed) takes the privacy and protection of your Personal Information very seriously.  We have prepared this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Information (defined below) that we collect from users of our website, located at (the “Site”) and online services (“Services”).

Types of Information we collect 

This Privacy Policy describes Greenspeed’s practices with respect to the Personal information and Anonymous Information that we collect when you use the Site and Services. “Personal Information” is information that allows someone to identify or contact you, for example, names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers, as well as other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Information” means information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information. Anonymous Information does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect and use Personal Information and Anonymous Information as described in this Privacy Policy from the users of the Site or Services.

A Note to Users Outside of the United States

If you are a non U.S. user of the Site, by visiting the Site or using the Services or submitting Personal Information through the Site or Services, you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Information may be processed in the country where it was collected as well as other countries (including Australia and the United States) where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country, and by using the Site or Services or submitting Personal Information through the Site or Services, you are expressly consenting to such processing.  

Personal Information we collect

Information You Provide to Us.  We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily:
The following are examples of the types of information we may collect:

•    Password
•    When you order products on our Site, we will collect information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, items purchased, date and time of your transaction, billing information and shipping information
•    When you contact us by sending us an e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address and any other information that is contained in (and/or attached to) your e-mail in order to send you a reply
•    If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest, giveaway or rewards program on our Site, we may ask you for your e-mail address and/or home number (to notify you if you win or not).  We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes post office addresses to verify your identity.  In some situations, we may need additional information as a part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice.  These sweepstakes, contests and rewards programs are voluntary.  We recommend that you read the rules for each sweepstakes, contest or rewards program you enter.
•    We may also collect Personal Information at other points in our Site that state that Personal Information is being collected.

Personal Information collected via technology.  As you use the Site and Services, certain information may also be collected passively, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the browser that you use to visit the Site. Greenspeed also stores a small text file called a “cookie” on your computer to store your login information (if any) and your personal preferences for the Services. Greenspeed may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). While you will still be able to use the Services if you disable cookies in your browser, certain parts of the Services may not function as effectively.
Greenspeed uses Google advertising programs that use cookies to improve your online experience, including the display of more relevant ads on external websites. Since the foregoing information may be collected when you are signed into the Services, this information may be associated by us with Personal Information that we have collected from you. 

Use of Information we collect

In general, information (including Personal Information) you submit to us, or to third parties that support us in collecting information, is used by us to provide you and others with the Services, to respond to requests that you make, to improve our Services and to better tailor the features, performance and support of the Site and Services.
We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with notifications related to your use of the Services, such as electronic newsletters or promotional e-mails, new product samples, and product surveys, should you request to receive such communications from us. We will NEVER sell your Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose to or share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you ask or authorize us to do so.

Third Party Service Providers.  We may provide your Personal Information to third party service providers and suppliers who work on behalf of or with us to provide you with some of the Services and features of the Services and to help us communicate with our users (including in connection with payments). However, these service providers and suppliers do not have any independent right to use this information except to help us provide the Services.

Affiliates.  We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

Corporate Restructuring.  We may share some or all of your Personal Information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets.  In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Information may also be transferred as a business asset.  If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures. We may (and you authorize us to) disclose information we have collected from and about you (including Personal Information) if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; (b) to enforce any agreement we may have entered into with you and to enforce the Privacy Policy; or (c) to protect and defend the rights or property of us, other users of the Site, or third parties. 

Choices Regarding Personal Information

You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Site and Services.

E-mail Communications.  We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Site, Services or products.  When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see our contact information below).  Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service-related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information.  You may change any of your Personal Information in your Account by sending an e-mail to us at You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements).  When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.  We may also retain your information for fraud or similar purposes.   

A note About Children

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act imposes requirements on websites that collect Personal Information about children under 13 (for example – name, address, e-mail address, social security number, etc.).  Our policy is not to collect any Personal Information on any person under 13.  If a child under 13 submits Personal information to Greenspeed and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete such information as soon as possible.  If you believe that we might have any Personal Information from a child under 13, please contact us at

The provision of such links is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such websites or location of its contents. We have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. Please be aware that the terms of the Privacy Policy do not apply to any outside websites (including, but not limited to, any of our e-commerce providers). Security and Confidentiality

Greenspeed is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information.  We use a variety of industry standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however.  Therefore while Greenspeed uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information, Greenspeed cannot guarantee its security.

Changes in this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site, and we will change the “Last Updated” date that appears underneath the title of the Privacy Policy above.   You agree that such amended Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) days after being posted or sent to you, and your continued access to the Site or use of the Service after that time shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
