Postal rates

Spend over $50 on microfiber cloth & mop purchases and receive free delivery. Orders below $50 and odd sized products such as Floormop systems & handles will ship with a fixed rate. Promotions and coupons to waive shipping costs for these odd sized product are available.

Greenspeed USA LLC ships within the contiguous United States. Greenspeed USA LLC is not able to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands or Hawaii. Greenspeed USA LLC does not ship internationally.

Delivery of goods

Products are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Allow between 5 – 10 working days during busy periods, with the exception where an order may be placed on back order. Back orders will be released when stock is made available.

Receipt of goods

Greenspeed USA LLC or its transport agents will deliver the goods on the understanding that whoever receives the goods at the delivery address is authorized to receive the goods. Greenspeed and its transport agents may require a signature of the person accepting delivery as proof of delivery.

Title and risk

Title of Goods pass to you only after cleared payments are received by Greenspeed USA LLC. Risk of Goods pass to you at the time the delivery is made to the delivery address or local postal office or agent.
